My Story

Before diving into fiction, I wrote for a women’s entertainment site recognized for its excellence by TIME and Forbes. Advocating for women and children is one of my passions, and I’ve expressed this in part by joining a global coalition of bloggers to partner with non-profits and NGOs. We’ve spread news about advocacy campaigns and fundraising efforts for causes ranging from maternal health and child survival to hunger and education. Before that? I spent my first career as a human resources director. But deep down, I’ve always been a storyteller, and this space is where I’m now setting that girl free.
